I will be providing a range of services in the Skipton area - dog walking, home visits, sitting, grooming and training - so if you are looking for a dog-lover to care for your canines, look no further because I am passionate about dogs!
Dogs are all different, each with their own personality and requirements so I take time to get to know every dog that I care for. I try to ensure that each one has a fun and positive experience, with opportunities for enrichment activities for those that enjoy them. You can be confident that I will do my best to provide your dog with the best care for them. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family members, so to reassure you that I am professional and know about dogs, I have achieved various qualifications. These include a Dog Walking & Boarding Diploma and a Canine First Aid Certificate, both through Canine Principles accredited by CPD and UK Rural Skills. I also have a Dog Grooming Level 3 Certificate from City & Guilds. I am currently studying for a Diploma in Canine Coaching (also with Canine Principles and accredited) so that I can offer more advanced training in the future. I also try to be a responsible canine carer so have my own standards in relation to taking care of the environment and our beautiful local area. For example, I use biodegradable doggy-bags, plant a tree through Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust for each of my regular dogs and am careful not to damage or disturb wildlife or livestock. I believe dogs give so much to us and improve our lives in so many ways and in return my aim is to provide them with the best care that I can.
